We are hiring freshers for Non-Voice Process roles in our Hyderabad office to provide excellent support in back-office and customer service operations for international clients.
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate responses to customer issues.

Update and maintain CRM, databases, and client records.

Process orders, invoices, or claims as per client guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently.

Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Skills & Requirements

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Detail-oriented and organized with good problem-solving ability.

Ability to work in US Night Shift / International Timings.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to client-specific processes.
Eligibility

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (2022-2025 pass-outs).

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Age: 18 - 28 years preferred.
Salary & Benefits

CTC: Up to ₹2.5 - ₹3 LPA

Shift: US Night Shift (with 2 weekly offs)

Cab facility available (2-way transportation)
