We are seeking a dynamic Senior Graphic Design Executive to join our innovative digital marketing company. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on developing visually stunning and effective marketing materials that align with our clients' brands and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet their goals.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing to continuously enhance our creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional design solutions that drive results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
