Cyber Security Operations Associate - IN

The Cyber Security Operations Associate investigates and analyzes all response activities related to cyber incidents within the network environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Under general supervision, this job monitors the operation of systems and networks, along with user activity, to prevent and reduce cyber security incidents.

- University (Degree) Preferred

- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience with at least three of the following: threat modeling experience, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, penetration testing, cloud security, implementing security into SDLC processes.
- Experience in testing for the OWASP Top 10, automating attacks, and securing APIs.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong programming and scripting experience in Java, JavaScript, Angular,.NET or similar.
- Experience working with CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience using security testing tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, OWASP ZAP, etc.
- Participates in CTFs or actively contributes to the security community (e.g., exploitation development, maintaining/publishing security tools, blogging).
- Solid understanding of microservices and containers.
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in cloud platforms.
- Partnering with the IT teams and creating, updating, and maintaining threat models for a wide variety of software projects.
- Developing security automation tools.
- Security training and outreach for internal development teams.
- Security architecture and design guidance.
- Performing code reviews (primarily in Java and Javascript) from security lens.
- Lead execution and definition of security strategy for your team.
- Foster and enable a secure by default culture.
- Strong communication skills
