Store Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all CCTV products are properly stocked, organized, and accounted for.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.

Stock Management:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Head office for replenishment when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored.

Complaint Handling:

- Receive and log customer complaints related to CCTV products and services.
- Ensure complaints are addressed promptly and effectively, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.

Task Coordination:

- Assign tasks to the support team, ensuring that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor the progress of support tasks and provide updates to customers as required.

Customer Service:

- Assist customers with inquiries, providing information on products, services, and warranties.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.

Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, complaint resolutions, and support team performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve store operations and customer service.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure stock availability for customer orders.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Personal Attributes:

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Team player with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

Other Requirements:

- Basic technical understanding of CCTV products is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
