Understand the QA and manufacturing processes within the factory.
- Establish a technical and business rapport with the vendor’s production team and staff.
- Execute daily in-line, Dupro and final inspections in accordance with WSI procedures.
- Perform daily in-line check in production floor in accordance with WSI procedures.
- Provide daily quality control reports per PQA/OCA.
- Keep his/her Manager QA well informed of any potential issues that may affect quality or delivery.
- Learn to solve production quality problems.
- Support any data analysis and process improvements implemented by higher management.
- Perform daily tasks as assigned by their immediate superior.
- Cross check production loading and schedule plans.
- Responsible for taking proper care of any assigned testing and inspections tools.
- Participate in QC training programs in order to upgrade their basic Product knowledge.
- Able to perform required tasks and provide required reports to Lead/Supervisor/Manager.
- Learn the Major Manufacturing techniques in the industry and should develop hands on knowledge.
- Insure all reported data is accurate. (proof work prior to submission)

Qualification & Experience:
1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering / Master in wood science / Diploma in quality management or any equivalent degree.
2. 6-8 years of work experience in QA/Manufacturing in wood working / Furniture industries.
