**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in **managing school operations** effectively.
- Oversee **academic planning and implementation** in line with the State Board curriculum.
- Monitor **teachers' performance**, provide guidance, and ensure high-quality education delivery.
- Handle **student discipline**, attendance, and overall well-being.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management for a **positive learning environment**.
- Organize and supervise **school events, extracurricular activities, and assessments**.
- Ensure **adherence to educational policies and regulations** set by the board and government.
- Support in **faculty recruitment, training, and development**.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Ed/M.Ed with a relevant postgraduate degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5+ years in teaching/administration**, preferably in a State Board school.
- Strong **leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to **manage staff, students, and parents professionally**.
- Good understanding of **State Board curriculum and regulations**.
