**Job Overview**:
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Your exceptional organizational and leadership skills will ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
- Oversee and manage construction schedules and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets standards
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
