**Profile -Dispatch Incharge**

Qualification - Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any relevant field

**Experience - Min 4-6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry**

**Salary - Upto 4.8 LPA + Accommodation**

Location - Panvel Maharashtra

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily dispatch operations including packing, loading, and shipment coordination.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer orders or delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update daily dispatch reports, stock registers, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with the production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch flow.
- Prepare and maintain all dispatch-related documentation such as:

- Gate passes
- Invoices
- E-way bills
- Transport details
- Material outward registers
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products before dispatch.
- Track and follow up with transporters and couriers for delivery status.
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms related to dispatch.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of dispatch processes and documentation
- Experience in handling logistics and transport coordination
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Basic understanding of inventory management
