Warehouse Supervisor

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing and controlling warehouse activity and ensuring daily activities as per plan
- Supervision and execution of daily activities related to the warehouse.
- To ensure the online documentation, ERP/Record keeping, and area /equipment logbook at the warehouse.
- To ensure cleanliness, housekeeping, and environmental monitoring at the warehouse as per guidelines & SOP.
- To ensure timely action on rejected and expired materials and destruction with coordination of procurement, production team, and QA.
- To provide prompt support to the production department to deliver the product to market.
- Personnel to be carried out and adapted accordingly to the need base.
- To ensure the daily & monthly calibration of the weighing balance.
- Receipt of Raw material and Packaging material and prepare GRN as per SOP.
- Packaging Material maintains stock in ERP & Physically.
- Ensure that proper labeling of all Equipment, Instruments, and materials like boxes, bags, and containers.
- Maintain the Retest/expired material. list every month
- Maintain inventory stock verification system Physically.
- Responsible for material arrangement shifting in Quarantine under test and approval.
- Responsible and ensure that Temp & RH and deferential pressure and maintain log.
- Ensure that safety for man and material movement.
- Material code to code transfer.
- Maintain shortages & reconciliation of material.

**Requirement**:
**3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse goods.**
