**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manpower Fulfillment**:

- Identify, recruit, and deploy housekeeping staff to fulfill vacant positions at client sites.
- Coordinate with clients to understand specific staffing requirements and ensure timely placement.
- **Staff Supervision and Coordination**:

- Conduct site visits to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure staff performance meets quality standards.
- Address and resolve any staff-related issues or grievances promptly.
- **Recruitment and Training**:

- Provide initial orientation and on-site training to new recruits.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to staffing and performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of staff deployment, attendance, and performance.
- Generate regular reports for management on staffing status and site operations.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure all deployed staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with housekeeping service standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
