We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **fresher** to join our team as a **Salesforce Trainee**. This role offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in Salesforce development. As a trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in Salesforce, learning the fundamentals of object-oriented programming (OOP), Java, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, with the guidance of experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with Java, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to assist in the integration and customization of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand business requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in day-to-day activities related to Salesforce customization, configuration, and maintenance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of Java, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Strong interest in learning Salesforce development and gaining experience in the field.
- Good problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

**Stipend and Training**:

- **1.44 LPA** for the first 6 months as part of the training program.
- After the successful completion of the 6-month training period, and based on your performance, you will be confirmed as a full-time employee with the company.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
