**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand client requirements and project goals.
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with the client’s brand identity and objectives.
- Create and maintain design templates to streamline production.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and meet brand guidelines.
- Review and edit designs based on feedback and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the design process.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work (required).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and web design is an advantage.
