We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented **SEO Executive** with 3-4 years of proven experience in driving organic growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and enhance the overall digital presence of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive website audits and implement on-page SEO recommendations.
- Develop and execute effective off-page strategies including link-building campaigns.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to guide content teams.
- Optimize existing content and create new SEO-focused content as needed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all web projects.
- Conduct competitor analysis and keep track of the market trends.
- Manage local SEO strategies for better visibility in location-based searches.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
- Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience in optimizing content for featured snippets and voice search.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
- Experience with international/multilingual SEO (if relevant).
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, content marketing) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
