Job Opportunity: Program Manager - Commercial Team (PMO)

Job Purpose and Key Accountabilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Program Management:

- Manage the rollout and successful implementation of assigned Global Programs.
- Oversee key projects from the GCCO office.
- Conceptualize and coordinate program implementation with Regional Entities, Business Units, and Corporate Functions.
- Perform project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Projects, Gantt Charts) to track program goals and progress.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on successes, risks, and issues related to budget, schedule, or project completion.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure program objectives align with commercial office goals.
- Monitor and report on program performance, taking corrective action as required.
- Identify and manage program risks.
- Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and communication to ensure program success.
- Continuously evaluate and improve program processes and practices.

Support for GCCO:

- Assist GCCO with key commercial office planning and presentations.

Data Analytics for Decision Making:

- Prepare and format information for internal and external distribution.
- Conduct data analysis for functional and organizational data using digital and critical thinking skills.
- Research internal and external data to create analyses identifying areas of concern or opportunity.

Events & Visits Management:

- Identify, empanel, and manage vendors required for program/project implementation.
- Plan and coordinate logístical arrangements and execution of events at global and regional levels.
- Coordinate the execution of various programs/events with the Administrative Assistant and facilities.

Team Development:

- Attend seminars, exhibitions, and training programs to continuously update knowledge.
- Provide coaching, support, and leadership to teams, ensuring the development of skills and competencies.
- Drive development initiatives to generate new ideas/insights with business impact beyond individual work areas.

Reporting Relationship and Location:
The position reports to the Global Chief Commercial Officer. This is a global role requiring interactions with Global Management, regional CEOs, CFOs, Global CXOs, Regional Team members, Vendors, Partners, Industry forums, and External Consultants.

Education and Experience Guidelines:

- Minimum Bachelor's or master’s degree from Premier Institution in Strategy, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant program management experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management software like MS Project.

Personal Attributes:
The individual should be independent, dynamic, with high-energy, strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship skills. The ability to define and own deliverables, collaborate with business teams, and act as a change agent is crucial. An excellent communication style conveying expertise and confidence is expected.
