**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Support**: Assist with general accounting tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling transactions.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between financial records and bank statements.
- **Invoice Management**: Prepare and process vendor invoices, ensuring correct payment terms and proper documentation.
- **Expense Tracking**: Monitor and record business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Tax Compliance**: Support in preparing and filing VAT, TDS, or other tax-related filings as required by law.
- **Accounts Documentation**: Maintain organized records of accounting documents and transactions for easy retrieval and auditing.
- **Audit Assistance**: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary information and supporting documents.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- **AI Tool Utilization**: Use AI tools to streamline financial analysis, enhance data accuracy, and automate repetitive tasks, including invoice processing, financial reporting, and data reconciliation.

**Required Qualifications**:

- MBA or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounts or finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Experience using or knowledge of AI tools in accounting or financial processes (e.g., for automating reporting, data analysis, or reconciliation).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
