Cameraman/woman

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate professional video and photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment.
- Capture high-quality footage and images according to project requirements, artistic vision, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project objectives and creative vision.
- Set up and adjust camera equipment, framing shots, adjusting focus, and ensuring proper exposure.
- Maintain and troubleshoot camera equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality.
- Coordinate with production crew and talent to ensure smooth operation during filming or photography sessions.
- Review footage and images to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cinematography and photography.

**Requirements**:

- Proven
- Proficiency in operating a variety of cameras and equipment, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, and accessories.
- Strong technical skills in camera operation, composition, lighting, and audio capture.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction and provide input effectively.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by project demands.
- Knowledge of video editing software and post-production workflows is a plus.
