Opening for Lidar Trainer

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following**:

- Client Instruction Analysis: Perform deep analysis of client instructions to identify gaps and clarification

points, analyze production data to detect edge cases, and collaborate with the client to ensure satisfactory

resolution.
- Training Needs Analysis: Identify the training needs of Delivery personnel in a project through various

means, for example: conducting assessments and analyzing errors, providing production support, analyzing

queries/ errors/ improvement areas, and performing quality checks on production work/tasks.
- Training Program Development and Delivery: Develop an effective training plan to cover client

instructions and tool knowledge, create engaging training content, presentations, and hands-on activities to

deliver training physically or virtually, and measure training effectiveness through pre-and post-training

assessments as well as improvements in production performance. Design and develop training materials

based on organizational needs and objectives. Conduct training sessions, workshops, or seminars to educate

individuals or groups on 3D LiDAR, Simulation fundamentals, Prediction, and planning using basic computer

languages.
- Curriculum Development: Create training materials, manuals, or courses covering 3D, Simulation

labeling, Video annotation, US road rules, GitHub(Coding), programming, and analysis techniques related to

the simulation of different tools.

- Review Presentations
- Training Evaluation & Assessments: Assess the effectiveness of training programs by collecting

feedback, conducting evaluations, and analyzing results to continuously improve training content &
methodologies. Design assessments that provide coverage and deep exploration of client instructions and

edge cases at a regular frequency, analyze assessment responses to identify areas of poor understanding and

plan corrective action.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance domain knowledge and hands-on tool capabilities,

facilitation skills, and training content design skills. Keep abreast of the latest advancements in 3D, simulation

and methodologies.

- Technical Support in Production: Provide guidance and assistance to users encountering challenges while

working with 3D, Simulation Video tools, Testing/Coding tools, offering troubleshooting solutions and best

practices. Effective production support, resolve queries related to processes or tools, analyze queries and

production work to identify areas for refresher training.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from trainees to enhance training content, methodologies,
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and

evaluations. Generate reports to track training outcomes and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

Skill requirements:

- Excellent command of the English language.
- Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in teaching, training, or instructional design is advantageous.
- Experience of interaction with overseas clients.
- Ability to adapt training approaches for varying skill levels and industries.
- High comfort level with using tech tools/platforms.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking and time management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical bent of mind.
- Good with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Skill Requirements
- Preferred:

- Previous 3D or Simulation training experience.
- Previous labeling and annotation experience in 3D or Simulation.
- Familiarity with computer programming, coding, simulation software, and technology.
- Familiarity with different computer languages and coding.
- Road Rules Knowledge.
- Detail-oriented with adaptability to changing training needs.
