Relationship Officer

**Position : Business Development Officer/ Relationship Officer**

Reports to: Branch Head

**Job Purpose**:
This position is accountable for driving growth of assigned products through planning and execution of sales strategy and marketing activities. The incumbent builds on new customer base for business development.

**Job Role**:

- Responsible for generating business leads through various channels
- Responsible for cross selling of third-party products
- Achievement of business plan targets in terms of net revenue
- Responsible for Compliance, KYC and documentation of products assigned
- Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends to track competitors’ activities for building a robust sales strategy
- Responsible to build and nurture clientele for regular business flow.
- Ability to strategize specific business promotional activities to penetrate the market of the assigned branch.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree/ Master’s Degree will be preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Travel & Holidays.
- Good product knowledge, market knowledge and technical understanding of our business
- Strong customer base
- Well versed with MS Word and Excel

Pay: From ₹19,000.00 per month
