They undertake essential activities of Sales & Marketing fraction such as Market Research, Tele-sales, E-mail Marketing, Field Sales, ABM (Account Based Marketing), and Digital Marketing.

Location: Wagholi, Pune

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Optimize and monitor campaigns to ensure the best possible ROI.
- Manage paid search campaigns (PPC), display ads, and retargeting strategies.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visuals, banners, and videos for campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for better user engagement and conversion.
- Monitor search engine algorithms and implement best practices for SEO and SEM.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts by creating a content calendar, posting regularly, and interacting with followers.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement.
- Monitor, track, and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights to enhance future campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new strategies and channels to keep the company’s marketing initiatives innovative and competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content creation, and social media management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
