**About Us**:
Fashion World Garments Pvt. Ltd. is a leading B2B manufacturer and wholesaler of women’s ethnic and Indo-Western wear. Established in 1999, we serve boutique owners, retailers, and multi-brand outlets across India. We are looking for a motivated and confident **Telecaller** to join our dynamic sales and customer relations team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote our latest collections and offers.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding products, prices, and orders.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact and sales information.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily call logs and prepare simple reports for management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and boutiques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English** (knowledge of other regional languages will be an advantage).
- Pleasant voice and confident phone presence.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be preferred.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

**Schedule**:
Day shift (Monday to Saturday)

**Experience**:
Telecalling / Telesales: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
