**Position**:Admission Counsellor

**Location**: Noida (Sector 2)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counselling**:
Assess their career goals and recommend suitable programs.

**Sales and Conversions**:
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Effectively communicate the value of Digicrome’s programs and build a strong rapport with prospective students.

Focus on selling courses specifically in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Full-Stack Development.

**Follow-ups**:
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion and answer any queries.

Maintain an updated database of prospects and enrolled students.

**Expertise in Course Content**:
Gain in-depth knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Full-Stack Development courses to provide accurate information to potential students.

**Target Achievement**:
Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

**Market Awareness**:
Stay updated with trends in the Data Science, AI, and Full-Stack Development industries to provide relevant career advice to students.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Full-Stack Development domains (basic knowledge is acceptable but must be willing to learn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets, particularly for courses in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and Full-Stack Development.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
