FTV Kolkata is seeking a dynamic and passionate **Student Counsellor** to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about guiding students in the fashion industry, leveraging their expertise in career counseling and industry trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized career guidance to students aspiring to excel in the fashion industry.
- Assess students’ skills, interests, and goals to recommend suitable career paths and programs.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one counseling sessions.
- Stay updated on fashion industry trends, emerging career opportunities, and required skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design career-oriented programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.
- Certification in Career Counseling (preferred).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Extensive knowledge of the fashion industry, including career paths and market trends.
