Welder Job Description

**Job Title**: Welder

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine the appropriate welding process and materials.
- Perform welding using various techniques such as TIG, MIG, and stick welding.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and other related tools safely and effectively.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding, and remove slag and other debris after welding.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Welder.
- Certification in one or more welding processes is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of welding procedures and safety standards.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
