**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
As a Graphic Designer at CultClicks, you will play a crucial role in shaping brand identities and creating engaging digital content for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, and marketing materials.
- Creating branding elements, including logos, brochures, posters, and business cards.
- Developing creative content for marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions that enhance engagement.
- Editing and optimizing images, illustrations, and videos for digital platforms.
- Staying updated with the latest design trends and implementing them effectively.
- Coordinating with content writers, social media managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless visual storytelling.
- Managing multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Presenting design ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams for feedback and revisions.
- Ensuring all designs are optimized for various platforms, including web and mobile.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
- Knowledge of social media post design, UI/UX principles, and branding
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and other online design tools
- Ability to create GIFs, animations, and short-form video content

**Soft Skills**:

- Creativity and strong visual storytelling abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

**Education & Experience**:

- **Degree/Diploma** in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- **1-3 years** of experience in graphic designing (Freshers with a strong portfolio can apply)
