**Job Summary**:
The 3D Motion Graphics Artist is responsible for creating visually compelling and dynamic 3D animations and motion graphics that bring concepts to life. They will collaborate with the creative team to develop unique and visually striking visual content that breaks the mold and captivates audiences across various platforms. The Creative 3D Motion Graphics Artist will utilize their exceptional artistic skills, technical expertise, and creative thinking to create cutting-edge motion graphics that push the boundaries of creativity and deliver a truly unforgettable visual experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics that meet the creative brief and project requirements, utilizing 3D modeling, texturing, mapping, and other techniques to create visually stunning visual effects and animations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, design, and animate visual content for a variety of mediums.
- Create storyboards to visually conceptualize scenes and environments for 3D animations and motion graphics.
- Review 3D arts and provide recommendations for improvements, ensuring that the artistic standards are met and pushing the boundaries of creativity.
- Create 3D sculpts and assets using cutting-edge techniques and software to deliver visually striking and innovative motion graphics.
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise during the production process, including technical and creative issues, and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and directors to discuss project requirements, provide updates on progress, and meet project deadlines, maintaining effective communication and professionalism throughout the process.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D animation and motion graphics, continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of motion graphics production, ensuring the highest quality of work.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute unique and creative ideas to enhance the overall visual aesthetic and impact of motion graphics projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in animation, motion graphics, visual effects, or related field.
- Exceptional artistic skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding creativity, originality, and innovation in 3D animation and motion graphics.
- Expertise in industry-standard software tools, such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, SketchUp, Maya, V-Ray and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
- An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
- Work under mínimal supervision and display strong independent behavior.
- Ability to come up with exciting content ideas that suit a creative brief and are communicated clearly.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
