**Job summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver structured training programs as per NSDC and Sector Skill Council (SSC) standards in the field of retail.
- Develop training schedules, lesson plans, and classroom activities to ensure efficient learning outcomes.
- Conduct practical training sessions in a retail environment to provide hands-on experience.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, workshops, and demonstrations, to engage learners.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each trainee and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of trainees' performance and ensure their readiness for final assessments and placements.
- Guide and mentor trainees on retail industry standards, best practices, and career development.
- Work closely with the project team to meet project targets and adhere to the DDU-GKY guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and NSDC compliance requirements to ensure training relevance and quality.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **TOT Certification**: Must be TOT certified under NSDC (Retail Sector) as per NSDC/SSC norms.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail training or retail operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of retail industry processes, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a rural environment and relate well to rural youth.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in skill development projects, particularly DDU-GKY or similar government initiatives.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and training tools.
- Willingness to travel to rural project locations as needed
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
