**Hiring Waiters**

Waiters/Waitresses are the backbone of the front-of-house operation in a restaurant. They play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Service**:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.

Take orders for food and beverages accurately and efficiently.

Ensure timely and attentive service throughout the meal.

Refill drinks, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean and organized table setting.

Present the bill, process payments, and handle cash transactions if applicable.

**Teamwork and Communication**:
Collaborate effectively with other wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Communicate orders accurately to the kitchen staff.

Work as part of a team to provide a positive and efficient dining experience for all guests.

**Restaurant Operations**:
Maintain a clean and presentable dining area by setting tables, refilling condiments, and bussing dirty dishes.

May assist with side duties such as taking reservations or prepping service stations.

Follow all restaurant policies and safety procedures.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent Communication Skill

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Stamina and endurance to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages.

Basic math skills for handling bills and making change.

A willingness to learn and follow restaurant menus, service standards, and specific operating procedures.
