**Profile**: Audit Associate (NGO)
- Conducting Financial Audits: Perform thorough and systematic examinations of an NGO's financial records, transactions, and financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and donor restrictions.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks, weaknesses, and areas of non-compliance within the NGO's financial operations and internal control systems.
- Compliance Verification: Verify that the NGO's financial activities align with applicable laws, regulations, and donor agreements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement. Present audit findings to management and provide guidance on implementing necessary changes.
- Internal Control Evaluation: Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the NGO's internal control systems, suggesting improvements to enhance financial transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
- **Audit Experience: Prior experience in auditing, preferably in the nonprofit sector or with NGOs, is essential. Familiarity with auditing standards, procedures, and methodologies is crucial.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
