Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the office is clean and organized by performing tasks like cleaning surfaces, taking out trash, and restocking supplies.
- Run errands as needed, which may include going to the bank, or purchasing office supplies.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to employees and guests.
- Greet visitors and assist with basic inquiries.
- Photocopy, scan, and file documents, and assist with data entry or other clerical duties as assigned.
- Provide general assistance to all staff members to help them with their daily tasks.

Skills and Qualifications
- **Punctuality**: Must be on time and reliable.
- **Hard-working**: Able to perform various tasks diligently and with a positive attitude.
- **Communication**: Good verbal communication skills for interacting with staff and visitors.
- **Organization**: Basic organizational skills to manage documents and supplies efficiently.
- **Physical Stamina**: Able to perform physical tasks like lifting and moving items.
- **Team Player**: Willing to work with others and take direction.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on the nature of errands.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
