A Consultant Physician and Diabetologist is a medical specialist who is responsible for diagnosing, treating and managing patients with diabetes and other related conditions. They work with patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans that aim to improve their quality of life and prevent the progression of their condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting physical examinations and medical assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients with diabetes and related conditions.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that include lifestyle modifications, medication management, and regular monitoring of blood sugar levels.
- Providing education and counseling to patients and their families on diabetes management and prevention.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as dietitians, pharmacists, and other physicians, to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research, technologies, and treatments related to diabetes and related conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree and a license to practice as a physician.
- Specialization in Diabetology or Endocrinology and relevant certification.
- Extensive experience in diagnosing and managing patients with diabetes and related conditions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

**Salary**: 125000/- to 150000/
