The Recycling Company is looking for a passionate and creative **Social Media Executive** to help build and execute our social media strategy, focused on promoting sustainable practices and increasing awareness about recycling. This role will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating compelling content, and engaging with our community to drive impact.

**Salary Range**: 2 LPA - 3 PLA Performance based incentive applicable.

Minimum 1 years experience.

**Location**: Mumbai

**Monday to Saturday**:9.30 am - 5.30 pm

**Key Responsibilties:

**Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging, relevant, and informative content (images, videos, infographics, and written posts) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms as needed.

**Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with our mission and brand voice.

**Community Engagement**: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social platforms to build a strong, supportive online community.

**Analytics & Reporting**:Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to continuously improve content and engagement.

**Campaign Planning**: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote events, initiatives, and partnerships that emphasize recycling and sustainability.

**Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the content, design, and operations teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with The Recycling Company’s goals.

**Requirement**
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the sustainability or environmental sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Skills:Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and multimedia content.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Personal Attributes: Passion for environmental issues, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
