1. Administration ƒ Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version). ƒ Maintenance of attendance records and notifying the concerned authorities ƒ Providing support to other departments and managers. ƒ Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments. ƒ Ensure clean office environment. ƒ Routinely re-order department supplies

2. Manage Office Equipment ƒ Maintain cleanliness of office premise and equipment. ƒ Ensure that amenities are provided for staff working on night shifts and after office hours as per company policy ƒ Maintainence of Office equipment is done as per schedule, contracts are reviewed and renewed as required. ƒ Record keeping of stationary and providing the same.

3. Visitors ƒ Arrange amenities as needed ƒ Facilitate travel schedules and make travel arrangements for the employees by coordinating with travel agents and employees.

**Level of Education −** Graduate / Diploma in Administration

Technical Skills − Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, MSOffice)

Other Essential Skills − Excellent communication skills with dexterity in interfacing with officials across all levels

Experience − Min 2-4 years in Admin profile

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
