As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large and complex data sets, developing models, and communicating insights to our stakeholders. You will play a critical role in contributing to the company’s goals by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

**Position responsibilities and essential duties**:
(Others may be assigned)
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources.- Develop, test, and deploy predictive or classification models using machine learning algorithms.- Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations.- Understand the business opportunities and proactively recommend machine learning solutions and strategies to positively impact them.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics.**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.- At least 5 years of experience in a data science or machine learning role.- Strong technical skills in data science or machine learning libraries in Python/R, deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow, and experience with data visualization tools or libraries for exploratory analysis purposes.- Experience managing and leading related projects across multiple areas of the company.- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- General understanding of LLMs and how they work.- Knowledge of machine learning deployment and monitoring methodologies in cloud environments.- Comfortable working in US shift or any other shifts as per business requirements.**Team structure and growth opportunities**:
