DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Complies with company policies regarding written correspondence and privacy protection.
- Maintains quality standards with regard to grammar format and content.
- Meets productivity standards for the digital platform with regard to output of written correspondence.
- Assist new associates in their transition into the department by sharing knowledge and answering questions.
- Assist other areas within the department when the demand arises and workload permits.

OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- With any degree and minimum of 1-3 years direct work-related experience.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills are key to success in this role.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, meet deadlines, solve standard problems and take constructive feedback.

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience.
