As part of our growth, we are looking for a passionate **Manual Content Writer** who can create engaging, informative, and accurate content tailored for the EV industry.

**Role Overview**

The Manual Content Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality, detailed manuals, guides, and documentation for EV charging products, systems, and services. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise content, ensuring users understand and benefit from our solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance documents for EV charging equipment and systems.
- Write content for safety instructions, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and product descriptions.
- **Research & Understanding**:

- Conduct thorough research on NIKOL’s products, EV industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with product developers, engineers, and technical teams to gather accurate information.
- **Editing & Proofreading**:

- Ensure all content is grammatically correct, easy to read, and aligned with the company’s tone and style.
- Regularly update and revise content to reflect product updates or changes in the industry.
- **Content Standards**:

- Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements for EV manuals and documentation.
- Maintain consistency across all manuals and documents in formatting and terminology.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, design, and support teams to ensure content supports business goals and customer needs.

**Qualifications & Skills**
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple language.
- Familiarity with EV technology, charging infrastructure, and related terminologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and documentation software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
