**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive mathematics curricula that align with educational standards.
- Create engaging lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Provide instruction in mathematical concepts, including but not limited to algebra, geometry, and statistics.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and regular evaluations.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators to support students with special needs through individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, including preschool or early childhood education.
- Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies.
- Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support for students struggling with math concepts.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and childhood development principles.
- Experience teaching physical education is a plus, as well as familiarity with Montessori methods.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
