**Telesales Executives** (Preferred from insurance background)

**JD- Telesales Executives**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products
- Explain features, advantages and benefits of products to customers
- Maintain customer database and update customer information
- Generate leads and arrange appointments with potential customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and customer service standard

**Skills**
- Excellent Communication.
- Min 6months experience in sales (mandatory)
- HSC (mandatory)
- Experience with Outbound sales/Insurance (preferred)

**Note**:

Monday-Friday 2pm-4pm

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
