**Job Overview**:We are seeking a skilled Horticulture Manager to oversee plant operations, including cultivation, landscape management, and team supervision at our upcoming residential project in Barsana.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead landscape design, planning, and execution in collaboration with architects and developers.
- Manage planting, irrigation, and green space maintenance.
- Supervise and train a team of horticulturists and landscaping staff.
- Implement sustainable practices (water-efficient irrigation, native plants, etc.).
- Oversee vendor relationships and procurement of materials.
- Monitor and ensure quality control of green spaces.
- Develop and manage the horticulture budget and project timelines.
- Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in horticulture/landscaping, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of plant species, sustainable practices, and project management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
