Key Responsibilities:
- **Patient Management**: Registering patients for appointments, assisting with forms, and managing patient records.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinating and managing appointments for patients and medical staff.
- **Communication**: Acting as a liaison between patients and the medical team.
- **Administrative Support**: Filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and other general administrative tasks.
- **Operational Support**: Ensuring the smooth functioning of the outpatient department or ward, including liaising with billing and other departments.
- **Patient Comfort**: Ensuring patient needs and comfort are met according to the clinic policies.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong administrative and clerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with hospital operations and patient care principles.
- Proficiency with computer systems for record-keeping and scheduling.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
