Unnati School is looking for a **confident, well-spoken, and motivated Admission Counsellor** to join our team. As the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, you will play a vital role in presenting the school's values, academic offerings, and admission process. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will directly influence enrollment success and the school's reputation.
## **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide complete and clear information about school programs, curriculum, fee structure, and policies.
- Guide students and parents throughout the entire admission process.
- Maintain follow-up communication with potential applicants.
- Organize and conduct school tours for prospective families.
- Collaborate with the school team to ensure a seamless admission experience.
- Assist in organizing admission events and promotional activities.
- Generate periodic admission reports and updates for school leadership.
## **Qualifications**

**Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Certification in counselling, sales, or communication is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in admission counselling, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity.
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
