**Store Executive**

An organized, experienced store Executive to be responsible for all stock, Consumption, and planning of store activity.
- To be successful as a store Executive you must be able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with Internal / External customers. A good store Executive can manage stock by keeping a record of sales/consumption and ordering the required replacement Parts. Good experience in handling Stores function: inward, outwards, Dispatch, storage, issuing of material at various locations.

**Store Executive Responsibilities**:

- Keeping the SKU quantity correct as per the system qty i.e., D365.
- Keeping a record of Sales Invoices / Consumption online for **Store through System i.e., 365**.
- Managing the real time inventory with zero variance.
- Keeping the GRN/ Bill booking online to avoid a difference between the Physical inventory & System Qty.
- Maintain the Store Inward and Outward register.
- Sharing the material shortage report for ordering from USA / Local Vendors.
- STN the Parts as per the partner requirement.
- Sharing the Daily Stock count report as per the GRN and consumption to maintain the real time inventory.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized / Managing and training store helpers.
- Must be organized and punctual / Well-presented and professional.
- Stores day to day management / Inventory Management / Finished goods management
- Good communication skills
- Manage office administrative supplies stock and place orders such as HOUSKEEPING, PANTRY, STATIONERY AND PACKING MATERIAL
- Manage registers for Attendance, visitors, Inward material, and outward material regularly.
- Handling Petty Cash and submit monthly expense report to accounts
- Maintain office & office Equipment’s with the help of housekeeping team
- Manage and update courier and dispatches of invoices, cheques as per accounting team.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the Local team.
- Coordination for in-house and external events as per marketing team requirements
