**Primary Responsibilities**
- Drive business growth by organizing **sales visits** for existing leads, identifying new prospects, and **maintaining strong client relationships**.
- Develop **new business opportunities** by identifying and onboarding **new sales channels and channel partners**.
- Establish and **nurture relationships** with prospective customers, **upselling** suitable solar solutions.
- Ensure client **satisfaction and retention** by providing post-sales support, guidance, and recommending system improvements.
- **Manage sales processes** using dedicated CRM and software tools.

- Support **on-ground marketing** and promotional events.
- Build and **maintain a CRM database** for customer interactions.
- Participate actively in **sales team meetings** and strategy discussions.

- Willingness to stretch beyond working hours when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
