- **System Maintenance**:Performing routine maintenance tasks like software updates, security patches, and system backups.
- **Network Management**:Managing network components, ensuring connectivity, and implementing security measures.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining records of repairs, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Proficiency**:Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

- **Patience and Empathy**:Ability to remain calm and helpful when dealing with frustrated users or complex technical problems.
- **Certifications**:A+ or Network+ certifications can be beneficial but are not always required.
