**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers to assess and allocate resources based on project needs and timelines.
- Manage the IT resource schedule, tracking availability, skill sets, and project assignments for optimal resource allocation.
- Forecast upcoming resource needs and proactively address potential shortages or skill gaps.
- Work closely with team leads to balance workloads across teams and individuals, promoting productivity and efficiency.
- Implement resource allocation processes in alignment with company objectives and priorities.
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads and project teams to update on resource availability and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and maintain reports on resource utilization, availability, and allocation for management insights.
- Assist with onboarding and training for new hires to ensure alignment with project and team needs.
- Monitor resource-related budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective allocation of staff and tools.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in resource management, project management, or a related role in IT.
- Familiarity with resource planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple resource needs in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
- Analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions regarding resource allocation and utilization.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Experience working in an IT environment with knowledge of software development or infrastructure needs.
- Familiarity with workforce management and forecasting tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
