Job Overview
Key Responsibilities

1. ISO Compliance and Maintenance:
Develop, implement, and maintain ISO management systems in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.

2. Audit Management:
Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to verify compliance with ISO standards.

Coordinate and manage external audits with certification bodies.

Identify non-conformities, root causes, and implement corrective actions.

3. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality management systems (QMS).

Prepare and present reports on ISO compliance and audit outcomes to senior management.

4. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, systems, and operations.

Lead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

5. Training and Communication:
Train employees on ISO standards, processes, and quality management systems.

Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external bodies related to ISO compliance.

6. Leadership:
Guide and support cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Ensure alignment between ISO processes and organizational goals.
Skills and Competencies

Expertise in ISO Standards: Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, or equivalent standards.

Quality Management Systems: Strong understanding of QMS principles and practices.

Auditing: Proficient in conducting internal and external audits, with a strong eye for detail.

Documentation Control: Expertise in maintaining organized and accurate documentation.

Process Improvement: Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training, reporting, and collaboration.
Education and Experience

Education: Diploma/BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any graduate with relevant experience.

Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in ISO management, quality assurance, or a related role.
