As a Graphic Designer at APL Apollo, you will play a key role in bringing brand visions to life through visually captivating designs across various digital platforms. Collaborating closely with creative team and client managers, you will conceptualize and execute compelling visual assets that engage audiences, enhance brand awareness, and drive conversions. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful design solutions that meet our clients' objectives and exceed their expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Visual Branding**:Develop and maintain visual identities for brand across diverse industries, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- ** Website Design**:Collaborate with the web development team to create visually appealing website layouts, UI/UX elements, and graphic assets that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- ** Marketing Campaigns**: Design engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns including display ads, landing pages, and multimedia content to support lead generation, brand promotion, and customer acquisition.
- ** Content Marketing**: Create visually compelling graphics and illustrations to complement written content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and ebooks, enhancing readability and engagement.
- ** Creative Innovation**:Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance the agency's creative capabilities and deliver innovative solutions that drive results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects across various platforms and industries.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Solid knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Note: This position requires 6 days of work from the office.
