**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth website analysis to identify SEO opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase search engine rankings.
- Perform keyword research to identify high-value keywords and create content strategies based on them.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blogs, and product descriptions for SEO.
- Resolve technical SEO issues, including site structure, XML sitemaps, and URL structure.
- Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of the company website.

**SEO Performance Monitoring**:

- Utilize SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and other important SEO metrics.
- Regularly report on the performance of SEO campaigns and suggest improvements for better ROI.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify areas for improvement.

**Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage and maintain daily social media activities to ensure consistent brand messaging and increased customer interaction.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

**Content Strategy & Development**:

- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, infographics, and social media content.
- Optimize content for both users and search engines to increase visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling copy for landing pages, ad copy, and promotional content to drive conversions.

**SEM Campaign Management**:

- Manage SEM campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing, optimizing ads for maximum ROI.
- Utilize tools such as Google Ads to create, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Track and analyze the performance of PPC campaigns to improve ad relevance and overall performance.

**Website Maintenance & Reporting**:

- Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure optimal user experience and SEO performance.
- Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for diagnostic reporting on SEO performance.
- Create reports on key SEO and SEM metrics to share with senior management.

**Continuous Learning & Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing industry developments.
- Continuously optimize and refine strategies based on industry trends and performance data.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an **SEO Executive** or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of **SEO** (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) and **SEM**.
- Proficiency in using **SEO tools** such as **Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console**, etc.
- Experience in managing **social media** platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads**, **PPC**, and **SEM** campaigns.
- Knowledge of **HTML**, **CSS**, **JavaScript**, and **WordPress** is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for optimizing digital marketing strategies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **e-commerce marketing** or working with **e-commerce websites**.
- Familiarity with **MySQL** and web analytics tools.
- Understanding of **UX/UI design** principles and how they impact SEO.
- Previous experience in creating **online content** for blogs, websites, and social media campaigns.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
