**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Western dance forms** (such as Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and more) to students of different age groups.
- Design and execute structured dance lessons, ensuring **engaging and skill-oriented** learning.
- Prepare students for **school performances, competitions, and cultural events** at the national and international levels.
- Choreograph dance routines for annual functions, fests, and inter-school competitions.
- Foster a **creative and energetic environment** to encourage student participation and confidence.
- Collaborate with the school’s cultural and performing arts department for **event planning and execution**.
- Maintain discipline and ensure **a safe learning atmosphere** for students.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Degree/Diploma in Dance/Performing Arts from a **recognized institution** (preferred).
- **Expertise in Western dance forms** with strong teaching and choreography skills.
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in teaching dance at a school, academy, or professional level.
- Passionate, energetic, and **able to connect with students** effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a **collaborative school environment**.
