**Job description**

**Role**: Internal Audit - Manufacturing sector (plant audit)

**Base location**:Noida / Gurugram

**Job location**: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad
- As our Internal Auditor, you will play a vital role in auditing our manufacturing processes and inventory management
- Your insights will help us uphold compliance standards, streamline operations, and maintain accurate stock records
- This position is key to protecting our assets and enhancing the effectiveness of our business practices

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Perform audits on manufacturing processes and inventory controls.

2. Assess operational efficiency and compliance with financial reporting, legal regulations, and asset safeguarding.

3. Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessments.

4. Identify areas for improvement and recommend risk mitigation and cost-saving strategies.

5. Prepare audit reports for management, outlining findings and actionable solutions.

6. Facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations across departments.

7. Monitor the progress of managements corrective actions following audits.

8. Keep updated with industry trends and changes in regulations.

9. Assist in mentoring and guiding junior staff members.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Relevant experience of 3-5 years in internal auditing, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

3. Good understanding of auditing techniques, risk assessments, and internal control processes.

4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Basic knowledge of Indian GAAP and familiarity with local regulatory requirements.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
