**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and assist them in selecting jewelry that aligns with their preferences and budget.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, offering product recommendations, upselling, and meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- **Product Expertise**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design features, to effectively advise customers.
- **Maintain Showroom Appearance**: Ensure the jewelry displays are organized, visually appealing, and well-maintained to provide an inviting shopping environment.
- **Handle Sales Transactions**: Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system, handle payments, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers.
- **Build Customer Relationships**: Develop strong relationships with customers, provide personalized service, and encourage repeat business through follow-up and customer engagement.
- **Provide Product Education**: Educate customers on product care, warranties, and jewelry trends to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Assist in Inventory Management**: Help monitor inventory levels, manage stock displays, and communicate any stock shortages or replenishment needs.
- **Contribute to Team Success**: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve overall showroom goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Stay Updated on Jewelry Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest jewelry trends, industry developments, and new arrivals to provide accurate advice to customers.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail or jewelry environment.
- **Customer Service**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales ability with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Knowledge of jewelry materials, styles, and trends; experience with luxury or high-end jewelry is highly desirable.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment while maintaining individual sales goals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail in managing transactions, displaying products, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- **Flexible Availability**: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with POS systems and retail software.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of jewelry appraisal or repair is a plus.
